Short version: your deals stay on your device and we never see them. We run no servers and have no accounts. The free version shows ads, and Google's ad service does collect device data in order to serve them.
Every deal you create — your numbers, your BATNA, your interests, your notes — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. nego has no backend, no user accounts, and no cloud sync. Your negotiation data is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is never shared with advertisers.
The free version shows banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google collects:
Under Apple's definitions this data is used for tracking, which is why nego asks for your permission before it happens. This collection is performed by Google, not by us, and it never includes the contents of your deals. You can control it in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking. Buying nego Pro removes the ads, and with them this collection.
nego asks for permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. This is used solely for ad personalization. You may decline, and the app works exactly the same either way. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings.
nego Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed entirely by Apple.
All deal data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes it. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no copy for us to retain or delete.
nego is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected here and the date above will be updated.
Questions about this policy: spatelier@pm.me, or through the app's App Store listing.
